In our many previous discussions, we have discussed numerous times how the CIA in America has taken many steps to break India, but the question arises whether India’s Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) is also running operations in America? Is it countering America in some way? So, in today’s discussion, we will discuss this very topic—India’s RAW operations inside America are very discreet. Our operations are slow, slow in a way because we don’t want instant results there. We know one thing that America is a developed society, and we say it’s an over-developed society, and it’s not at all possible to bring about any kind of covert change in an over-developed society. It is easier and simpler to bring about some kind of covert change in a developing society. But how India operates in American society involves many different layers. Let’s try to understand each layer today.

The first layer, which India has been very aggressively working on for a long time, is that it has realized that America is a capital society—a capital society that champions capitalism globally and tries to spread it worldwide. Today, India is trying to puncture this capitalism. What is happening is that many operations are being conducted in America under which our goal is that a message reaches the people of America, and that message is whether capitalism has benefited you. This is a long-term operation that has been going on for many years. One thing is being reinforced again and again, one thing is being reached to the people again and again. And notice that in this operation, in this particular type of activity, we are choosing the people of America, going to them, talking to them, and the question arises whether capitalism has benefited you. Now, you might think raising this question is absurd, but it will be very beneficial, understand the thing. A capital society like America, if a dissonance is created among the people, a confusion is generated whether capitalism is benefiting you or not, think about the implications. The implication will be that people in American society will go to their leaders, their senators, and their Democratic or Republican politicians there, and they will ask one question: you said that capitalism is very beneficial, it is benefiting you, it is benefiting big companies, what did we get because of it? What will happen? A debate will start in society, and if you look carefully at American society today, the debate has reached a very political level, and what is that debate? The politicians there, if you have seen for the past 10-12 years, they have started saying two things. One, they have increasingly been saying that the state of America will play a somewhat minor role in the economy. Look, this is a very big covert operation because a country like America, which is a hardcore capital country, a country that champions capitalism so much saying that brother, capitalism in America should be such that the state, the rule of America, the government of America, should not play any role in the economy. If you bring American politicians to a situation where now American politicians are saying no, America’s government will play a role in the economy, there can’t be a bigger stain on capitalism. Puncture capitalism. What will happen? A dew will form in American society because the capitalist powers of America will not want to let go, and the people of America will want to take power from those capitalists. If America will conduct such acts in India that try to break India and acts that break India, we will not sit quietly. Observe one thing. When President Obama was in America, he had adopted a policy as part of a strategy. You might have heard of that policy, it was called Obamacare. What is Obamacare? America’s state will provide healthcare. Why? America was a capitalist country, there everyone would get healthcare according to their own means, their own money, but no. This operation was achieving a success that had been going on for many years and in this, India is not the only country. There are other countries with us that support this kind of strategy in our cooperation. So, a very long influence operation, a very long covert operation under which Obama had said about Obamacare, and after that, Biden a bit mentally la but he also said this, we will give economic stimulus to America’s industries. Think, this dissonance that is being created in American society, this dissonance is very powerful because it is bringing a full blaze on top of the capitalism in American society, and the people of America are now realizing that capitalism is not in their benefit. And when the fight of American capital with American society, with the people of America, remember this thing that it will benefit India because when America’s capital will be busy fighting with America’s government and the people of America, that space that will be there, at that time, that space will be there, at that time India will be able to focus completely on its entire economic development keeping those American capital away. Otherwise, all these capitals of America will keep trying to disturb India’s economy again and again. The second biggest thing is that a very big suggestion was also given by India’s RAW to the government, much earlier but its implementation happened just a few years ago, and that was to de-dollarize. De-dollarization is very necessary because America made the US dollar a global currency after World War II, replacing the pound, and since then, America has made the dollar the primary reserve currency globally. Today, a country like India is working on this de-dollarization. Today, a country like India is working to break this hegemony of the dollar. From this reason, you see that since India championed the Rupee card, since it championed the BHIM UPI transaction and convinced other countries to adopt this BHIM UPI or Rupee card, and today when any other country whether it be France, whether it be the United Arab Emirates, whether it be the countries of Africa, whether it be Nepal Bhutan, if today any other country on today’s date when it adopts this UPI of India, then understand the thing that India is able to break America’s hegemony in that country with that country. It is obvious from this thing that America will be disappointed because the more transactions in local level currencies, the more transactions India can conduct through UPI, from that reason the implication and relevance of the dollar in those societies will not remain as much. Now think, if a tourist goes from India to France, then either he will take Euros or he will take dollars, and if on today’s date he knows that during tourism in France I can do UPI, then he will not take both US dollar and Euro, he will just take his UPI, his mobile. America is jealous of this thing, but this jealousy is necessary for it. So, this whole narrative of de-dollarization, the background work that happens behind it, this is done by India’s RAW. Engaging covertly with other countries to convince them to adopt UPI. And slowly you will see that within the next four to five years, if not anything, at least 100 such countries globally will make it necessary to adopt UPI and will adopt UPI. At one point four to five years down the line, if half the world, let’s assume, adopts our UPI, this is a very big victory for India. America has a very big defeat, which is necessary. The third most important thing, the most important thing is that India uses its diaspora very silently in America. India has a very large diaspora, all our Reddy brothers in Andhra Pradesh, our who are, right after passing 12th grade, out, Gujarati born then out. So, all our diaspora, completely who is in America today, we have taught them one thing, do not become so politically active that you have to favor one political party. Look at the beauty of our diaspora, our diaspora who is in America, has no political preference. RAW plays a very big role in this. Its objective is to ensure that all the diaspora in America do not follow one party, because if they follow one party, then obviously the other party will be against us and if the other party comes to power, it will work against us, against our strategy, against our diplomacy, against our entire global policy. In this process, India’s policy is very simple, tell the diaspora to exercise your vote according to your own. What is happening because of this is that there is a case inside America, especially regarding diaspora votes, because a class of diaspora who is on today’s date votes in favor of Democrats, one who is, votes in favor of Republicans against Democrats. Now both Democrats and Republicans know that brother, we do not know how this diaspora will behave in the voting pattern, because of which what is happening is that there is a case in America, and this case is in our favor, because you understand this thing that through this we can keep both Democrats and Republicans in check. So, these small operations, they are very successful in the long term and America knows that if India will do something against us today, then it will do inside America, not in other countries where operations are going on. So do not be scared, India’s R is not that it is sleeping in America. We have told you these three things, first that de-dollarization on which work is being done, second through diaspora a disinformation campaign and case theory to execute, and third most importantly, to keep graduating America’s public that there is a clash with capitalism, capitalism with America which will cause a socialist thinking to arise in America and this socialist thinking in a capital country because of which the gruel case in America will have consequences America will have to bear for many years ahead. This process ensures one thing that in the coming time you will see that although we are not able to do that level of work yet because our economic situation is not that strong but we are definitely able to do enough damage inside America that makes America understand that if you come here and do such acts, then we will not leave you either.
